Rhythm: A Gift for Children & Families

Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were happy, and filled with love and joy.

It’s 2013 and I’m so glad to be back with you again!

This week on “Sunday With Sarah” I discuss the benefit of rhythm and routine for young children, and how it can make our job of parenting so much easier.

What is the flow of your day like? Do you long for a more rhythmic life? Have any tips to share with others? Share your struggles and successes here!

So glad you are finding the videos helpful, Nicole! Yes, of course you can link to “Sundays with Sarah” on your preschool’s website. I would be delighted for you to share them with those interested in Waldorf education!

Sorry we’ve had trouble connecting by phone. Keep trying! Hope your preschool program is thriving.

Beautiful Sarah! You are an inspiration! Im a mother of a 2 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. I have had no routine at home except school mornings. But what I realized is that I do not have one for me, and therefore it has been difficulty to create one for my children. I am aware of how important it is now! So I have this as a purpose for this coming vacation (that already started)! Thank you so much for your light!
