Summer in Maine is a short, but sweet season that we Mainers look forward to all winter long. It’s a season to celebrate!
Our friends at Sarah’s Silks have created beautiful dress-ups and silk playthings for children to celebrate summer. Ideal for warm summer days, pure silk is nourishing to a child’s senses: lightweight and cool to the touch.
May you and your children enjoy these last, sweet weeks of summer!
Warmly,

Dear Sarah,
I so much enjoy your Sunday with Sarah videos, I am wondering if you could make on about “back to Waldorf school” … I am trying to get ready for school for my kids and I have a hard time figuring out what to buy (especially around lunch; lunchbags, lunch utensils, lunchbots, you name it. Please help) Thank you
Hey Alin,
Keep an eye out this summer for a “Back to Waldorf School” video! A great idea and one that I will work on.
Sarah
Dear Sarah,
Will you be coming back? I miss the blog and the videos on youtube. I find so much inspiration here that I love to incorporate into my music classroom. (I am a elementary school music teacher) I look forward to seeing you here again soon!
Hi Maddie. Yes, yes, yes I will be back! I’ve been on hiatus from the blog and the videos for much of the last year. As Bella Luna grows, it takes up more and more of my time just running the business. But I am hiring more help and have just rented a video studio and am gearing up to sharing more videos here soon! Thank you for your kind words. xo Sarah

Hi Sarah I love your shop, videos, and blog! I recently bought your book about creating a parent child Waldorf inspired class and I love that too. I was wondering if you have any other books or book recommendations that I can use as a guideline and inspiration for starting my own inhome preschool? I myself am an ECE major and while I would love to attend the Rudolph Steiner school as I live in Sacramento, Ca, it just is not something I see happening soon. So if you have any books that would help me get any idea of a preschool daily rhythm and what stories and songs might be appropriate I would much appreciate your help and warm advice. Thank you! Hope you are well.
